Prologue#
The CyberShinobi Prologue marks the first chapter of our universe to be released to the public. It introduces a fast-paced roguelike wave-survival game where every decision shapes your destiny.
Your journey begins by choosing between two unique characters, each with distinct combat advantages, and equipping one of three tactical weapons designed for different fighting styles. However, your strategy does not end when you enter the arena. True to the core principles of roguelike gameplay, every time you successfully eliminate an enemy wave, you will face a crucial decision: how will you evolve your combat build?
After each completed wave, you can select specific stat upgrades that will determine your effectiveness in the battles ahead:
- Damage: Increase your raw offensive power and eliminate enemies more efficiently.
- Reach: Extend your weapon's effective range and dominate the battlefield from a safer distance.
- Movement Speed: Enhance your mobility, allowing you to evade incoming threats and reposition quickly.
- Attack Speed: Unleash faster attacks and overwhelm enemies with relentless offensive pressure.
Each upgrade decision plays a critical role in determining whether your character survives or falls in the next combat zone.

Your success depends on your ability to combine strategic stat upgrades with the unique strengths of your chosen character. Will you build a powerful frontline warrior by maximizing the Male Vanguard's superior HP and Damage, creating a durable fighter capable of enduring overwhelming enemy attacks? Or will you unleash the agility of the Female Cyber-Assassin, taking advantage of her exceptional Movement Speed and Attack Speed to outmaneuver enemies and eliminate them with precision?
Every weapon introduces another layer of strategic possibilities. Will you combine increased Reach with the Energy Bow to dominate enemies from long distances? Will you maximize Attack Speed to unleash a continuous barrage of bullets with the Pistol? Or will you amplify Damage to turn your Cyber-Shuriken's deadly traps into devastating tools of destruction?

The stakes are real, and the battlefield shows no mercy. CyberShinobi features a combat reward economy supported by a dedicated USDT Reward Pool, where defeated monsters can generate reward drops ranging from $0.10 USDT to a maximum base jackpot of $20 USDT. Every battle presents an opportunity to earn rewards, but success requires skill, strategy, and survival.
Neither character class receives an inherent economic advantage over the other. The amount of USDT a player can earn is determined by their progression through increasingly challenging Waves and Combat Zones, rather than simply choosing a particular character. However, one exclusive mechanic introduces an additional layer to the CyberShinobi economy:
The greater your progression and the stronger your combat build, the greater your potential to overcome powerful enemies and challenge the bosses waiting in higher waves.
But survival is never guaranteed. If your strategy fails, your character falls, and your current run comes to an end. CyberShinobi: Prologue is merely the first piece of a much larger digital universe. It serves as the gateway to an expanding on-chain world where tactical combat, NFT ownership, blockchain technology, and player-driven progression come together.

Launch Event#
This special event is designed to reward the early pioneers who dare to enter the battlefield and embark on their survival journey. Unlike traditional reward systems, the prize pool for this event is designed to grow dynamically alongside the ecosystem.
The entire Launch Event Reward Pool will be funded directly through NFT minting proceeds and a 10% Creator Fee generated from secondary-market NFT transactions. As more players mint CyberShinobi NFTs and join the ecosystem, additional funds will flow into the Reward Pool, increasing the total USDT available for survivors to compete for.
The more the ecosystem grows, the greater the reward pool can become. Be among the first to enter the arena, conquer the waves, and compete for exclusive rewards in the CyberShinobi universe.
Reward Pool#
This vault is not a static treasury intended to be depleted by player withdrawals, but a circular economic ecosystem designed to grow as survivors become increasingly active both inside and outside the arena.
Every USDT drop from a defeated monster, every wave-completion bonus, and every jackpot comes directly from this communal vault. To keep the stakes high and without limits, the Reward Pool is designed to receive continued injections of fresh liquidity through two main pillars.
Genesis Injection (NFT Minting Revenue)#
The journey begins at zero. Whenever a new cyber identity is minted on the blockchain, the funds paid for minting do not disappear into the void. A substantial portion of total minting revenue is allocated directly to the Reward Pool. As more players mint Rogue NFTs in pursuit of Legendary multipliers, the amount of USDT available to extract from combat zones can grow.
Sustainable Market Cycle (10% OpenSea Creator Fee)#
Our economy runs on market activity. The reward system is intended to be sustained by secondary-market royalties. Whenever a Rogue NFT changes hands or is sold on OpenSea, the smart contract is intended to apply a 10% creator fee automatically. All revenue collected through that 10% fee will be returned and injected directly into the Reward Pool.
What Does This Mean for Survivors?#
This is a community-driven wealth engine. As adoption rises, NFTs become scarcer, and these relics are traded more frequently on OpenSea, the Reward Pool is intended to grow exponentially over time.
Withdrawals#
Your in-game balance is recorded in a database. Withdrawals transfer real USDT on Robinhood Chain to the wallet you use to sign in.
How the withdrawal process works:
- The requested amount is deducted immediately from your in-game balance.
- The transfer is placed in a queue and sent through the blockchain; the interface checks its status until confirmation.
- You receive the requested amount minus a 10% fee; that fee remains in the treasury funding the Reward Pool.
- If a transaction fails (or a request is rejected), the full amount, including the fee, is returned to your in-game balance.
- Some withdrawals are manually reviewed before being sent. The panel will then display “Pending Approval”; no balance is lost while approval is pending, and rejected requests are fully refunded.
Characters & Weapons#
In the game, you can choose between two unique characters and three tactical weapons. Remember that character class selection determines only your combat style and attribute-point distribution; it does not change the amount of USDT paid per wave. Your earnings are determined by the Waves, Zones, and Equipment you manage to reach.
Character Factions (Classes)#
- Male Character (Vanguard): Designed as a resilient frontline fighter. His main advantages are massive Damage output and a high HP pool.
- Female Character (Cyber-Assassin): Relies on momentum and shadows. This class excels in extremely high Movement Speed and Attack Speed.
Weapons#
- 🔫 Pistol: A versatile standard weapon. It offers balanced gameplay with average firing speed, range, and damage.
- ⚙️ Cyber-Shuriken: A lightning-fast tactical projectile. Although its base range and damage are relatively low, it has a deadly trap mechanic: after striking a monster, the shuriken automatically transforms into a trap in that area.
- 🏹 Energy Bow: A lethal weapon for long-range marksmen. Although its draw and firing speed are relatively slow, it compensates with exceptional projectile range and powerful piercing damage.
Economic Fairness#
Which Class Should I Choose?#
You want a safer and easier early game. His higher HP provides more room for maneuvering errors, while his powerful damage is effective at crushing enemies in the opening stages.
You enjoy fast and efficient hit-and-run gameplay. Thanks to the rapid scaling of her Attack Speed, she can clear crowds of monsters much faster as the game becomes more intense.
NFT Ownership#
Rendered in precise pixel resolution, each avatar is generated through an algorithm that combines complex multi-layered visual traits, ranging from cyber tactical armor and neon masks to futuristic energy weapons and dystopian nighttime city backgrounds. The specific combination of CyberShinobi and mecha elements determines the NFT's absolute Rarity.
The only economic advantage distinguishing survivors in the combat zones is ownership of these Rogue NFTs.
Drop Multiplier Mechanics#
The main benefit of linking an NFT to combat is activating the Multiplier system. Your NFT rarity directly acts as a logarithmic multiplier on each USDT drop from enemies. The rarer your avatar's combination of traits, the more exponentially your payouts from the arena increase.

Anti-Cheat & Security#
CyberShinobi implements a layered security system to protect gameplay integrity, safeguard the USDT reward pool, and ensure that every reward is granted based on legitimate gameplay activity.
Manual Withdrawal Approval#
Unlike a fully automated payment system, CyberShinobi uses manual withdrawal approval: every USDT withdrawal request must undergo developer review and approval before the funds are sent to the player's wallet.
This approach is intended to prevent system exploits, bot farming, manipulation of combat results, and abuse of reward mechanisms.
Anti-Bot & Automated Farming Protection#
